2. Quotes and Booking

All quotes provided by Nex Move Global are fixed-price quotes based on the information provided during the quote submission or survey. Quotes remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise. Bookings are subject to vehicle and coordinator availability.

3. Customer Obligations

The customer is responsible for ensuring that:

• All collection and delivery addresses are correct and accessible by HGV/Luton vehicles.
• Permits, parking dispensations, and lift bookings are arranged prior to the service start.
• Possessions or cargo are properly described, particularly oversized, abnormal, or heavy loads.

4. Excluded Items (Gone Status)

Nex Move Global does **not** transport the following prohibited classes:

• Dangerous Goods (ADR classified items, explosives, chemicals, toxic substances).
• Temperature-Controlled Cargo requiring chilled or specialized refrigerated haulage.
• Illegal items, contraband, unvetted goods, or hazardous waste.

5. Liability and Insurance

We maintain Public Liability Insurance up to £10,000,000 and standard Goods in Transit insurance. Our liability for loss or damage to goods is subject to the limitations set forth in our standard BAR (British Association of Removers) or RHA (Road Haulage Association) carriage conditions, which are available upon request.

6. Governance and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
